To the person in charge of the company:

As a supplier of iron anchors, your company is requested to abide by this code of conduct while complying with national labor and environmental laws and regulations during the supply chain management process.
Under any circumstances, the Procurement Department of our company requires all suppliers, subcontractors, partners, and collaborators to comply with this policy and use it as the code of conduct for all activities.

1. Environmental Code
• Comply with all regulatory requirements related to environmental protection, environmental governance, and environmental maintenance, aiming to protect the natural and ecological environment while developing production and engaging in procurement and supply activities.
• Promote the construction of an environmentally friendly supply chain and implement relevant national standards from product research and development, production, packaging, transportation, handling, storage, use and residue disposal.
• To ensure environmentally friendly materials and low-carbon transportation, standards for banned substances such as lead, mercury, cadmium, chromium, benzene, transport vehicle emission standards, and packaging materials should be provided during product development, production, packaging, transportation, handling, and storage. • Provide regular inspection reports on transportation vehicles, loading and unloading equipment, and lifting equipment to ensure technical status and operation under low-carbon and environmentally friendly conditions.
• Reduce operational pollution of equipment, facilities, and storage warehouses.
 
                         2. Safety rules
• Comply with all regulatory requirements related to production safety, fire safety, environmental safety, and equipment safety.
• Promote the construction of a safe management supply chain and implement national safety standards from product development, production, packaging, transportation, handling, storage, and use.
• Establish safety management rules and regulations and a safety subject responsibility system, and implement a hierarchical risk management and control mechanism to ensure standardized operations and safe operations.
• Establish a safety risk identification and hierarchical management mechanism, and implement target management of important hazard sources such as electricity, fire, special operations, high-altitude operations, and firefighting in all aspects of the procurement supply chain.

3. Occupational Health Code
• Comply with all regulatory requirements related to occupational safety, occupational injuries (work-related accidents and occupational diseases).
• Promote the construction of occupational health and safety management supply chain, and implement relevant national standards from product research and development, production, packaging, transportation, handling, storage and use.
• Establish an occupational health management mechanism and identify the sources of occupational injuries and diseases in all links of the procurement supply chain.
• Take protection, protection and personal protection measures to avoid occupational diseases and injuries to employees.
                       
                        4. Low-carbon energy-saving code
• Comply with all regulatory requirements related to low-carbon energy saving, reduction of consumables, and resource conservation (recycling and regeneration).
• Promote the construction of "dual carbon" management supply chain and implement relevant national standards from product research and development, production, packaging, transportation, handling and storage.
• Establish a mechanism for material reuse, reasonable recovery, and recycling to make full use of various resources.
                     
                       5. Labor and Human Rights Code
• Freedom of choice of employment and labor management: Under any circumstances, freedom of choice of employment and freedom of movement are ensured, and there is no penalty for resignation; no slave labor is employed in any form, including forced servitude, debt bondage, etc., and prison labor and child labor are not employed.
• Working hours and rest follow the legal work and rest system. The working week shall not exceed the maximum time stipulated by local regulations. Except for emergencies, the working week shall not exceed 60 hours. Ensure at least one day off per week, overtime is voluntary, and refusal to work overtime is allowed without penalty.
• Wages and benefits implement the labor contract system and minimum wage standards, and pay wages in a timely manner; work overtime voluntarily, and overtime pay is higher than the normal wage standard; provide corresponding benefits and holidays in accordance with the law, including special leave for female employees, work-related injury leave, and wedding and funeral leave.​
• Humane treatment, promote civilized management, treat others equally, and do not treat employees in harsh or inhumane ways, including sexual harassment, sexual abuse, corporal punishment, mental torture or coercion; inform employees in a transparent manner of system regulations on labor discipline and punishment for violations, The above provisions should be legal and compliant.
• Democratic rights and civil liberties: establish trade union organizations, give full play to the role of democratic management and supervision of trade unions, promote freedom of association, encourage the expression of opinions, criticism and self-criticism, and support labor consultation and negotiation.
                        6. Code of Business Ethics
• Comply with all applicable national and international antitrust and trade control laws and regulations.
• Oppose corruption, including commercial bribery, monopoly, fraud, counterfeiting, unfair competition, infringement, leaks and money laundering; ensure that personal relationships do not affect official activities.
• In all aspects of the procurement supply chain, under any circumstances, any party should follow the principles of fair transactions and win-win cooperation to ensure that all parties are mutually beneficial and complementary.
• In all activities of the procurement supply chain, in addition to obtaining legitimate interests, we must assume social responsibility and take into account the interests of society and the public.
• Put an end to all types of corrupt activities, oppose illegal operations and infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of other parties.
 
                        7. Sustainable Development Code
• Promote the proportion of secondary processing and recycling of glass and reduce the use rate of primary glass.
• Reduce the adverse impact on biodiversity, pay attention to ecological protection in the process of using natural resources, and improve the harmonious development of enterprises and the natural environment.
• Suppliers are committed to promoting sustainable development, protecting the environment and labor safety, restraining their own behavior, competing fairly, and maintaining a healthy market environment.

This Supplier Code will be effective from September 1, 2021, and applies to all suppliers and partners who have economic and trade relations with our company.
