Since 2015, TM Technology has embraced an excellence in performance management model and integrated it into our strategic corporate planning. Through a four-stage process—learning and training, deep practice, method summarization, and cyclical improvement—we have gradually developed a distinct “transcender” management model. This model catalyzes TM Technology’s rapid growth, powered by our culture of “being unique, superior, and excellent”. It is guided by our “1 + 3” strategic framework, aimed at comprehensively surpassing our industry competitors and benchmarks. The model focuses on the management of ten crucial processes including product R&D, production organization, and marketing. It emphasizes strengthening technological innovation and IT development, capturing early opportunities in the automotive, rail, and aviation markets, focusing on talent development, and vigorously applying modern management philosophies and methodologies like the excellence performance model and Lean Six Sigma. The core of this model is a performance evaluation, improvement, innovation, and sharing system structured around a three-tier key performance indicator system. This not only embodies TM Technology’s core business philosophy of “being unique, superior, and excellent”, but also positions TM Technology as a premier company offering optimal solutions for industry development.
TM Technology’s “transcender” management model comprises four core components: a target concept system centered around our “transcender” culture, a business and functional management system guided by our corporate strategy, a performance measurement system supported by systems management, informatization, and knowledge management, and an improvement and enhancement mechanism driven by a three-tier key performance indicator system. We champion the customer value proposition and develop an integrated sharing platform, focus on coordinated resource allocation to enhance overall management effectiveness, and commit to innovation as a driving force for the future. This approach leads our company to stabilize and diversify our core business, continuously improve through benchmarking, and foster sustainable development.
(1) Target Concept System—Culture-driven: Centered around our mission, vision, and core values, and integrating the criteria for excellent performance evaluation, we establish a “transcender” culture that encompasses ideals, behaviors, visual identity, and brand management. We advocate for strong customer value propositions and build platforms for integrated sharing, aiming to create a sustainable foundation for ongoing success.
(2) Business and Functional Management System—Strategy-driven: Driven by our “1 + 3” strategy, we design and optimize organizational structures, creating an efficient management system that spans business and functional areas. This system is enacted through a mix of long-term and short-term strategic goals, business and functional planning, and annual plans, complemented by key strategic initiatives. We coordinate the division of labor across business and functional lines, optimize resource allocation, enhance process control, and boost overall operational efficiency.
(3) Performance Measurement System—System-driven: Supported by information systems such as OA, MES, ERP, PDM, SRM, CRM, and knowledge management platforms, we have established a three-tier performance measurement system that spans the company, departments, and individuals. Utilizing methodologies like BSC, PDCA, ADLI, and LeTCI, we focus on systematic management as the lever for improvement. We regularly evaluate our company’s performance through the “One Card, One Review, Dual Drive” method (Balanced Scorecard + Management Review), enabling comprehensive monitoring and analysis of strategic, operational, competitive performance, and adaptability. This system is designed to continually enhance our precision management level.
